Who we are
We're a local restoration company. Call the number on this website and you get Restoration Pros, and Restoration Pros does the work. Our office is on Main Street in Frisco, and our work is focused on Frisco homes and the neighborhoods within the city.
What we do
Our work centers on water damage restoration in Frisco, TX: getting water out of a home, drying the structure properly, and cleaning up anything the water contaminated. That covers:
- Emergency water extraction and structural drying and dehumidification
- Cleanup after burst and frozen pipes, slab leaks, and storm and roof leaks
- Sewage backup cleanup and mold remediation
- Specialized drying for hardwood floors, crawl spaces, and basements and below-grade rooms
Who we serve
We work for homeowners, landlords, and tenants throughout Frisco, including both the Collin County and Denton County parts of the city. That includes established neighborhoods like Starwood and Panther Creek, communities with townhomes like Newman Village, and newer master-planned areas like Phillips Creek Ranch and Richwoods and Hollyhock.
How we approach a water damage job
A few principles guide how we work:
- Measure, don't guess. Moisture readings decide what we dry and what we remove. A wall can look fine and still be soaked. Drying ends when readings say the materials are dry.
- Save what can be saved. If carpet, drywall, or a wood floor can be dried in place, that's usually faster and cheaper for you than replacing it. When something has to go, we explain why.
- Explain the job in plain terms. You should know what's wet, what we're doing about it, roughly how long it will take, and what repairs will follow.
- Document for your claim. Photos, readings, and a record of removed materials help your adjuster understand the loss.
- Be clear about what we don't do. Plumbing repairs, roof repairs, and leak detection are separate trades. We'll tell you when you need one and work around their schedule.
What to expect when you call
- We ask where the water came from, which rooms are wet, whether it's still running, and how long ago it started.
- We walk you through shutting off the water and any immediate safety steps.
- We give you an arrival estimate and dispatch a crew.
- On site, we inspect, map moisture, and explain the plan before major work starts.
- We extract, remove what can't be saved, set up drying, and return to monitor until the home is dry.
Licensing and experience
Restoration Pros is a licensed service provider with 5+ years in business. If you would like our license details for your records, your HOA, or your insurer, ask when you call and we'll provide them. For mold projects that fall under Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation rules (generally 25 contiguous square feet or more), Texas requires a licensed mold remediation contractor and a separate licensed mold assessor; our mold remediation page explains how that works.
